All the photo booths we offer are considered “open air” meaning there is not an enclosure that you sit in or stand in while taking photos. This makes our setup less intrusive to your event and let’s everyone see all the fun people are having in the booth.
Yes. Iconic Memories Photo Booth Co. is a fully registered and insured photo booth company operating in Ventura, Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We carry liability insurance for our equipment and services, and we are happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request for venues, planners, or corporate events. This ensures peace of mind for our clients and allows us to work seamlessly with hotels, event spaces, and professional venues throughout Los Angeles.
For most events, we recommend booking 3 to 4 hours. This allows guests to enjoy the booth throughout the event without feeling rushed and gives everyone multiple chances to participate. Weddings and larger events especially benefit from longer rentals.
For the Keychain Station, most couples choose coverage for 40–60% of their total guest count. This creates a curated, elevated experience while allowing a meaningful portion of your guests to receive a personalized keepsake.
For more intimate weddings, some couples choose coverage for nearly all guests. For larger celebrations, a curated quantity maintains exclusivity and enhances the interactive experience.

Couples select a curated quantity based on their guest count. Once the allocated number is reached, the station closes. Additional units may be added in advance if desired.
Unlike standard favors left at a table, this is an interactive experience. Guests actively participate, watch their keepsake being made, and leave a message in your guest book.

Yes. We proudly provide photo booth rentals throughout Los Angeles and Ventura County surrounding areas, including Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Westlake Village, San Fernando Valley, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Hollywood, and Downtown LA. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, but we always disclose this upfront.
